When placing an order please have the following information available if possible: 

• Your customer account number (if known)
• Billing address and shipping address
• Telephone number and fax number
• Purchase order number (if applicable)
• Visa or MasterCard number
• Brief description of product
• Product Number (If known)

Shipping: Shipping is charged on all orders unless quoted otherwise. If you would like to have shipping charged to your account with a carrier of your choice please indicate at the time of ordering.

Terms of Sale: Customers with terms: Payment terms are net 30 days. Interest of 2% per month will be applied to all overdue accounts. Customers without Terms: Payment terms are pre-payment by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Sorry no COD orders

Custom orders: Orders for items of special design or for items which we do not normally carry in stock cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Personal orders are required to be prepaid.

Return policy: Goods may be returned with prior authorization only. APS reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returned products. All goods returned must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging.

Claims: Claims for shortages and damaged goods must be filed with APS within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
